Delivery times from the placing of the order will vary depending on the particular product ordered - our estimated time is shown alongside each product image and also updated on your order invoice. A general guide is 3 weeks for ex-stock items and up to 9 weeks delivery for "made to order" ranges. Stock items sent by parcel delivery will be three to four days from ordering.

We may use two types of delivery, as follows:

 

Home delivery service: two man uniformed crew delivery - the crew will place the furniture, boxed, in the room of your choice, subject to reasonable access. Deliveries are made to the UK mainland only; the delivery charges being FREE for orders over £750, £19.00 for orders over £300 but under £750 and £39.00 for orders under £300. 

 

For orders to Scottish counties there will be a £20 surcharge on the above prices and there will also be a "flat" fee of £78 for orders to the following  postcode ranges: AB 31, 33to38, 41to45, 51to56, ---KA 6, 18 to 26, 29 to 30,---KW, 1to14, ---all 1V.

Parcel delivery: one man delivery to your door - this service is used for small items weighing up to 25kg, such as a bedside cabinet, or a nest of tables. If your order includes larger or heavier items, then the whole order will be delivered by the home delivery service as detailed above. We will e-mail you or contact you by telephone prior to dispatch.
